Find the Bestsellers I thought the Phoenix 99607 exercise bike might be better than the cheaper ones offered by Amazon, so I bought it. Put it together without any difficulty and tried it out. There was no discernable difference in resistance between settings 1 through 8. I reviewed the directions and took it apart 4 different times - everything was put together correctly but still no resistance. I can't imagine keeping a stationary bike that felt like I was riding down hill in first gear: no resistance, no effort, no workout. I sent it back. Amazon made it easy to return. I repacked the bike in the box, hit the "return" button on the Amazon site, and UPS picked the box up the next day. Still waiting for a refund, but hopefully that will go without a hitch. In Stock.
