Find the Bestsellers If you're looking to spend approximately $100 on a stationary bike, this is the one to get. It is quiet, smooth, easy to assemble, and the display is easy to use. It is light enough to move around from room to room also. I've had it for a couple of weeks and haven't had any issues. Combined with a couple of lightweight dumbells, some music, some cold water nearby, you're ready to get a great cardio workout. You can switch between resistance levels while you're pedaling. Level 1 is the easiest while level 8 is the hardest. 8 isn't super hard but after a few minutes, it gets tough so you can switch by turning the dial. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the hard seat. To get the most out of my workout, I'll be using a heart monitor to stay in the target zone more effectively. So for $100 plus another $30 on an Omron Heart Monitor, I'll be set. Of course the "features" on more expensive bikes are cool but they are not worth extra hundreds of dollars to basically sit and pedal. But that's just my opinion.
