Find the Bestsellers My 18 year old son and I (a 50 year old woman) have been using the Bio Force 1.7 for a couple of weeks and we're both very happy with the workouts we're getting. The instructions for the exercises, which includes photographs of the exercises, are very easy to understand and follow. There are a good variety of exercises that allow you to pick the exercises most comfortable for you for each area you want to work on. My only complaint is that at 5'2" some of the standing exercises where you hang onto the back rest don't work well because you can't get enough of an extension. I was either able to use a chair instead of the back rest or found other exercises working the same muscles to compensate for this limitation.

My son put the gym together by himself in 2 hours. It took about half an hour for the 2 of us to unpack the boxes.
